Key discussions focused on green energy, industrial cooperation, technology transfer, and long-term economic collaboration aimed at promoting shared growth and regional development.<br><br>The forum also featured discussions on the export of construction and building materials from Pakistan to China, alongside proposals for establishing a joint builders\u2019 mall and a dedicated business facilitation platform connecting construction-related enterprises from both countries. Participants additionally explored opportunities for manufacturing industrial products in Pakistan, including chillers, lifts, escalators, solar panels, inverters, electric vehicles, and related technologies.<br><br>Participating companies further discussed the development of e-payment systems, the establishment of business facilitation centers in China for Pakistani enterprises, and the potential creation of a Chinese Expo Centre in Pakistan featuring warehousing and logistics support to strengthen bilateral trade operations and commercial accessibility.<br><br>Investment opportunities within Pakistan\u2019s tourism and healthcare sectors, including hotels, resorts, theme parks, medical facilities, wellness tourism, and cross-border healthcare collaborations, were also extensively discussed during the forum. Chinese delegates expressed keen interest in healthcare-related investments and medical tourism initiatives, while Pakistani stakeholders offered medical sector facilities, healthcare investment platforms, and partnership opportunities aimed at strengthening institutional cooperation and attracting international patients. The Chinese delegation additionally proposed the introduction of chartered flights to Pakistan to support tourism growth while enhancing business, cultural, and people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.<br><br>On the second day of the forum, held at M\u00f6venpick Hotel Centaurus Islamabad, approximately 30 to 35 Chinese entrepreneurs participated in extensive B2B meetings with leading Pakistani stakeholders representing the hospitality, healthcare, tourism, industrial, and construction sectors. The engagements created valuable opportunities for future partnerships, investment exchange, and long-term commercial collaboration.<br><br>Distinguished participants and guests included Usman Shaukat, President Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI); Sardar Tahir, President Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI); Dr. Rizwan Uppal; Aamir Tesla, CEO of Tesla Industries Pvt Ltd; Umais Khattak, President Islamabad Industry Association; Haroon Naseer, CEO Maroof International Hospital; Chaudhry Naseer, Chairman Maroof International Hospital; Shafique Akbar, CEO IMARAT Group; representatives from Monal Group; Qasim Talha, Director International Sales ACM Group of Industries; and Aftab Rana, Managing Director Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC).<br><br>Speaking on the occasion, Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan stated that Pakistan offers substantial opportunities for international investors and emphasized the importance of enhancing business-to-business and people-to-people connectivity between Pakistan and China.
