Islamabad (Umar Hayat Khan): Mujahid Group of Industries and Hashoo Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a strategic partnership in the 16(SIXTEEN) Sena project. Under the agreement, both business groups will jointly invest in the high-rise building project \u201c16(SIXTEEN) Sena\u201d located in New Blue Area, Islamabad.
The MoU signing ceremony was held at the Capital Office of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI). The agreement was signed by Atif Ikram Sheikh, President FPCCI and Senior Vice President of SAARC CCI, and Shakir Bhora, CEO of the Real Estate Division of Hashoo Group.
The ceremony was attended by Murtaza Hashwani, Chief Operating Officer Syed Suleman Tahir, Chief Financial Officer Muhammad Faizan, Chairman FPCCI Capital Office Kareem Aziz Malik, Chairman Coordination Malik Sohail Hussain, SAARC CCI EC Member Zill Huma, Senior Vice President Haripur Chamber Arham Ikram Sheikh, along with Ayaz Malik, Rahim Ikram Sheikh and other distinguished guests.
Addressing the ceremony, Atif Ikram Sheikh said that this strategic partnership reflects the growing confidence of investors in Pakistan. He stated that in line with the economic and national development vision of Shehbaz Sharif and Syed Asim Munir, Mujahid Group of Industries and Hashoo Group are launching this major project today.
He further said that more investments would be made in the future in the real estate sector and other industries. \u201cOur objective is to work together to promote infrastructure development, innovation, investment, and tourism, while creating new opportunities for Pakistan\u2019s growth and prosperity,\u201d he added.
He also paid tribute to Murtaza Hashwani and the entire Hashoo Group for their trust and cooperation in this historic initiative.
