The 1st DHA Multan Invitational Tennis Tournament 2025 concluded in a vibrant ceremony at the DHA Tennis Courts, marking a historic revival of competitive tennis in the city after more than three decades. The event brought together top-ranked players from across Pakistan in men’s, women’s, and junior categories.
In the men’s Singles Muhammad Shoaib beat Muzammil Murtaza and won the Championship.
In the ladies Singles Ushna Suhail beat Amna Ali Qayum and won the Championship.
In the boys 18&under singles Mikaeel Ali Baig beat Abdul Basit and won the title.
The Project Director of DHA Multan graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Mr. Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, President-PTF was the Guest of Honour. The closing ceremony was also attended by Secretary DHA, Col. Tahir Iqbal-CEO, Bodla Builders, Col. Zia-ud-din Tufail-Secretary General, PTF, Col. Gul Rehman-Director, PTF along with a large gathering of players, coaches, parents, media personnel, and tennis enthusiasts.

Ms. Ayesha Ali Baig, Tournament Director said, this tournament is a landmark event for Multan, being the first in over 30 years. The players have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. InshaAllah, we aim to elevate this to a national ranking tournament in the near future.
Mr. Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi expressed his appreciation, stating: It is heartening to see such an initiative in Multan. This tournament is a major step in integrating regional talent into the national tennis framework. We hope to replicate such events in more cities across Pakistan. He extended his special thanks to Ms. Ayesha for her dedication and to DHA Multan and Bodla Builders for their invaluable support.
Col. Zia-ud-Din Tufail also lauded the tournament’s execution, highlighting the excellent arrangements and warm hospitality extended to all players and officials by Ms. Ayesha and her team.

Mens singles Final: M. Shoaib beat Muzammil Murtaza 6-4, 6-2
Mens singles 3rd position: Hamza Roman beat Nael Qureshi 7-5, 4-6, (10-7)
Ladies singles Final: Ushna Suhail beat Amna Qayum 6-0 6-2
Ladies singles 3rd position: Noor Malik beat Mehwish 6-0 6-0
Boys singles Under 18 Final: Mikaeel Ali Baig beat Abdul Basit 6-0 6-1
Boys singles Under 18 3rd position: Nabeel Qayum beat Rameez Pirzada 6-0 6-2
